Brian Helios is the CEO / President at Nova Steel and Construction Company LLC. He formed Nova Steel and Construction Company LLC in the year 1983. Started from Hindustan Unilever after a stint in Market Research in Mumbai, Brian formed Nova Steel and Construction Company LLC.
A graduate from Calcutta University and an MBA, He completed the General Management Programme from CEDEP (INSEAD) and also won the British Chevening Scholarship in leadership & management. Brian has spearheaded the Branding Journey for Nova Steel and Construction Company LLC from the year 1999, building brands in a commodity industry like steel. He has grown in the Marketing and Sales function by handling various retail and B2SME brands. He was appointed the Chief of Marketing & Sales for Branded Products Retail and Solutions in 1980 by his previous firm.
He was appointed the Chief Diversity Officer for the organisation while in Marketing & Sales and has passionately taken forward the journey of Diversity & Inclusion for the Company. He also joined the Commercial Human Resource Division in 2017 and has handled multiple areas in this function involving white collared and blue collared employees. In addition, He’s part of the Profit Centre Councils of two Divisions in Nova Steel and Construction Company LLC and is also CEO President of the Board of Directors of two subsidiary companies of Nova Steel and Construction Company LLC.
